    The activities we plan for children, the way we organize the environment, select toys and materials, plan the daily schedule, and talk with children, are all designed to accomplish the goals of our curriculum and give the children a successful start in school.

    838320 - SUP Board Meeting

    Build your team trust and communication skills with this on-the-water training. Intended for businesses and organizations, this class can accomodate 10-12 people on SUP's. A mix of SUP training, team building and yoga - this is a great alternative to the conference room. Fee's start at $250.00 for a 1.5 hour session of up to 10 people, additional charges apply for groups up to 12.

Each day could include enriching activities such as: arts and crafts, high and low energy games, science experiments, field trips or swimming!     911304 - Weight Room Orientations

    Do you want to start using the weight room equipment, but aren't sure how? Sign up for an orientation where you will learn how to use the Nautilus Machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment along with proper weight room etiquette. For the price of admission, trained staff will provide a weight training orientation to anyone 12 years old or older!

    12+ Year olds will receive a Parent/Youth Weight Room ID allowing the youth to work out with a parent any time except our peak times, Monday- Thursday, 5-7:30 PM.

    15-17 year olds will receive a Weight Room ID upon completion of the orientation, which can be used at any time.

    Please register early as registration closes 24 hours before scheduled orientation session.
