Q. What comes with the swim package? A. All birthday packages come with a 90-minute room rental, themed cake & paper goods, and unlimited time in our indoor waterpark! Birthday packages include the room rental portion will be first, followed by unlimited swim time.
Q. What if my child has specific food allergies, or if I just want to bring in my own birthday cake/treat? A. We completely understand this, and we have another great party option. You can build your own package by adding items a la carte. Rent the room for the exact time you need, and then purchase your indoor waterpark wristbands when you arrive for the party. You can then bring in your own outside food and beverages (no alcohol please). Click here and scroll down to rent a room only.
Q. My child wants to invite their whole class to the party. How many people can fit into the party room? A. Our two party rooms can hold 25 people, or just about an elementary size classroom. Combined, the rooms can accommodate 50 guests. If you select one room for your party, we recommend limiting the number of guests to 20. That leaves room for 5 parents to supervise and clean up spills. If you are planning a larger party, we do have an option to increase the capacity to 50 Click here and scroll down to rent both rooms and accomodate up to 50 people (NOT a party package, room rental only)
Q. Can I book the party now, and pay later? A. All parties must be paid for at the time of booking.
Q. When I am booking the party reservation I am asked to give a headcount. What if I don’t know this at the time when I book the party? A. No problem. Go ahead and enter in an estimate when making your reservation, and our staff will be in contact with you a few days before the party to firm up any final details – like headcounts!
