Power Fitness Classes are a fun and challenging way to get your body into peak shape! Each group session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer to help give you the results, training and inspiration you need to help meet your personal fitness goals. With each session you get a highly effective and motivating workout focusing on strength training with an intense cardio complement to eliminate the boredom of getting and staying in shape by incorporating creativity and variability into a total body workout. You will be integrating free weights, machines, toning work and a wide range of track and outdoor drills (seasonally).
Bottom line - its good, hard fun!
Classes run year round and session fees are monthly.
